حوار التطوع – Volunteer Dialogue

يعتبر “حوار التطوع” أحد مبادرات جمعية لزم لتطوير العمل التطوعي نتطلع بها لتثمين تجربة المتطوع من خلال الحوارات المفتوحة مع مجموعة من المسؤولين لدى الجهات ذات علاقة في تمكين العمل التطوعي أو ذوي التجارب النوعية، الغاية منها الوصول لجميع الفئات ذات علاقة بالتأثير على ديناميكية العمل التطوعي. حيث بوجود المتطوعين المهتمين في تقدم بيئة العمل التطوعي والعاملين في القطاع الغير ربحي في الصفوف الأمامية مع المتطوعين، بالإضافة لمجموعة متعددة من الأسئلة التي نطرحها بشكل مختلف للطرفين فإن الناتج حتماً سيكون مجموعة متعددة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تساعدنا في اتخاذ القرارات المدعومة لابتكار حلول متقدمة لتطوير البيئة التطوعية ومع كل خطوة نتقدمها في التطوير سنضيف للقطاع الغير ربحي متطوع جديد يحمل المزيد من الخبرات والقدرات المتنوعة التي ستسهم على المنظمة والفئات المستفيدة.

The “Volunteering Dialogue” is one of the initiatives of the Lizm Association for the Development of Volunteer Work. We look forward to it to value the volunteer’s experience through open dialogues with a group of officials in the authorities related to the empowerment of volunteer work or those with qualitative experiences, the aim of which is to reach all groups related to influencing the dynamic of volunteer work. . Where there are volunteers interested in advancing the voluntary work environment and workers in the non-profit sector in the front rows with the volunteers, in addition to a variety of questions that we ask differently to the two parties, the result will inevitably be a multiple set of recommendations and proposals that help us in making supported decisions to devise advanced solutions to develop the environment Volunteerism and with every step we take in development, we will add a new volunteer to the non-profit sector with more experiences and diverse capabilities that will contribute to the organization and the beneficiary groups.
