أريــب Areeb

إحدى مبادرات لازم لإعداد القيادات الشابة وتمكينهم من التطوع في المنظمات غير القطاعية والمساهمة في إدارة مشاريع المنظمات التنموية وتعزيز الآثار الاقتصادية والتنموية للعمل التطوعي. تعمل مبادرة أريب على تمكين المشاركين من خلال إعدادهم ببرامج تدريبية مكثفة تتضمن تعزيز الروح القيادية لدى المشاركين وإكسابهم مهارات إدارة المشاريع التنموية وبرامج الإدارة. المخاطر وغيرها لإدارة الأزمات. كما تتعهد المبادرة بتشجيع ثقافة العمل غير الربحي من خلال سلسلة من البرامج الحوارية والزيارات الميدانية. ويختتم البرنامج أعماله بعد انتهاء المشاركين من التطبيق العملي لمدة تزيد عن 60 يوم تدريبي لكل متدرب. كما تم تصميم مبادرة أريب لتكون إحدى الوسائل التحفيزية لتشجيع الشباب على التطوع.
